Death of The Alderman

This 1920's themed party involves the election of an Alderman to the local city council. The party is a celebration of his victory and those in attendance are his supporters dressed as flappers and mobsters. This includes the North Side Mob, the South Side Mob, his spouse, political figures and temperance workers. It's a great time had by all and we can add a costume contest as well.

custom scenarios

Custom Scenarios

We have a collection of great themes that can fit most any occasion. Additionally, we can create just about any scenario that you can think of, and often at no additional cost. The costs do rise when additional costumes, more actors or travel is required. We have performed practically every thing you can think of and can create new ones as needed. If you have a themed party and would like to see if we can provide a show that will fit, simply ask. There is never an obligation until we get a signed contract.

The Cambridge Solution was created to help keep costs down for charities and uses many of the same themes. It's called the Cambridge Solution because we consider it to be Harvard-Smart. It uses several of your people as characters in the murder instead of our people. In fact, it could also be sponsors for the event playing the characters helping to defray the cost. It's a real fun time and easy to play with one or two of our hosts leading the way!

The Frick & Frack Show involves two detectives, Detective Frick and Detective Frack, who investigate an improvised whodunit while directly involving your audience members in the crime. Audience members are introduced to the idea that they are to accept any facts that are given by the detectives as fact. Any questions they are asked, they are to make up any details that they like and those details will be incorporated in the show. No two shows are alike and thus the final answers are truly a mystery.

GOLF CLUB MURDER MYSTERIES We have a variety of murder mystery approaches involving a death involving golf. We have scenarios where the golf pro is killed, sometimes using your own golf pro as a stand-in. We have the head of the FBI Division fighting golf fraud losing his life. We have others involving players and equipment makers. We even have one to be conducted during shotgun tournaments on the course. Just ask us for more information.

WE LOOK OUT FOR YOU We have a variety of techniques that we can use to promote social distancing and safety during our shows. We can discuss these items with you and develop a strategy to work at your location in a relatively safe environment.

Likewise, the scripts can be adjusted to bring your audience members under suspicion of being the culprits. Information known about their past can be intertwined to simply dig them deeper into the murder mystery.

OUR GOAL is to raise your organization money! With our lower rates for fundraisers and non-profit organizations, we're not really able to make much money for ourselves. So if we're not benefiting and you aren't benefiting, then we shouldn't have the event. We work hard to make certain that a Justifiable Homicide is valuable to your organization. So far we have raised tens of thousands of dollars. Why not put the power of laughter to good use for your charitable organization?

raising money

MORE MONEY During many of our fundraising shows we will pull people up to talk to them. We can ask audience members if they want their friends or family brought up for a fee, that would go to the charity. Likewise, people brought up can pay a fee to the charity to be released! We can charge for taking pictures with the victim! We can also provide your organization's fundraisers or leaders with special clues, turning them into confidential informants that will provide information, but for a price!

Honestly, we would love nothing more than to do an event and not have it cost them a dollar after we use these techniques, but it is not usually the case.
