Stand-up comedy is considered the standard for the industry and country clubs around the country have all hired comedians to entertain their members. We have earned a reputation for creating a variety of shows that could be themed, could have teams of comedians or could bring a headliner to keep your group laughing.

Whether for a golf facility looking for entertainment at the 19th hole, member entertainment events or for a party for corporate or family gatherings, we have seen it all and can help improve the quality of your offerings.

Entertaining your membership can take many forms. The most standard format for country clubs is a stand-up comedian getting in front of your members and providing a comedic evening for everyone. The comedians can come from different backgrounds and their observations can come from a variety of sources. They often will interact with the audience and create improvisational moments that can surprise the audience.

These shows can have one performer, multiple performers, or even themed nights. The comedians could all be golfers, cowboys, rappers, or just about any other kind of comedian that exists. We'd discuss the event with your facility and they can provide appropriate decorations for te evening.

Depending on the size of the audience, you would likely want to have a stand microphone with appropriate speakers. As this show is often in a banquet room, it is all the more important that people spread out throughout the room can all hear the show. Of course if you have a more intimate group, sometimes it's better to have no technical assistance to have a more natural and intimate show. Keep in mind that this technical choice is yours and you take responsibility for the sound in the room.

Similarly, you may wish to have staging and lights. Having a raised stage allows people further away from the stage to see more clearly and for voices to project. The lights allow for the lights to be dropped for the audience. An audience in the dark allows for people to laugh without the worry that other people were looking at them, which can hinder enjoyment. Likewise, adequate air conditioning helps. It may be counter intuitive but keeping an audience cool helps to warm them up.

A country club stand-up comedy show is a great way to entertain your group with customized laughter. Contact us to discuss potential themes of shows and comedians that might fit your needs. Of course, these shows are largely budget driven. We can bring different levels of talent to your event depending on your budget. More experienced comedians cost more. Likewise, named comedians tend to be more expensive. Call us and discuss the options that might fit your budgetary needs.
